Unibancard Program - Available to Members Globally

Cards within the Unibancard program are ATM, Internet and retail Point of Sale usable. Upon purchase and submission of appropriate ID documentation (click here for ID submission instructions), these cards are sent out to members by regular mail and should reach the member within 2-3 weeks of order. These cards have the following features:

 

> US Dollar PIN Based ATM Debit Card

> Share Money Card to Card

> FDIC Insured (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation - Card balances insured by the US

   Government)

> Usable World-Wide

> ATM, Retail Point of Sale and Internet Usable

> Personalizable

> Retail Loadable at Global Recash Locations

Registering and Activating Your Unibancard

To minimize card costs to both the member and to our card partner, cards will not not be registered in the banking system for activation until a minimum initial deposit of $25.00 USD is made to the card from the member's Global Xchange account. This first $25.00 will pay the first 3 months maintenance fees for the card, the card activation fee and for the "Platinum" second card that will be sent out to the member (with the member's name on the card). Once the initial deposit request has been received and processed by our card partner, the card partner will send the member an e-mail notifying them that they can now activate their card for use.

When activating the card, members can enter their actual addresses if they live in the USA. If you live outside of this country, you will need to enter a USA based address instead of your international address. Once you complete your card activation, a new card will be issued to you with your name on it. To receive this new personalized card, please activate the card as follows:

Ø      Go to http://www.unibancard.com  and press the Cardholders button on that webpage.

Ø      On the next screen, enter your card number and the 8 digit Pass Code that you will find inside the sealed envelope that came with your card. Then press the login button.

Ø      On the next screen, enter your name (on the Name Line) and an ID number relevant to you as requested then enter the address information. Be sure to enter the following in the address section of the form:

Ø      Complete the card activation process.

Once completed, a personalized card will be created and sent to our office location in San Francisco. Once received there, we will ship the card new personalized card to you to replace the existing card that was sent to you.

Activating Your Personalized "Platinum" Unibancard

When you receive your Platinum Unibancard, there are two ways to activate it. There is a phone-in number you can call and a support person will help you activate this card over the phone. If you cannot reach this number from the country you are in, you can also activate your card by sending an e-mail to info@speedynetwork.com . In this e-mail, request the activation of your Platinum card and provide them with your old card number and the online access code you have set for that card along with the new card number and 8 digit access code you received when you received the new card. Your card should be activated within one to two business days.
