Liberty Health Payment Program

Liberty Health Network pays out commissions to members through International Global Xchange Inc. (IGX). When this payment is made, you receive an e-mail notification of your commission from libertyhealthpayments@globalxchange.net   . If this is your first commission, open this e-mail and follow the instructions to open your account and access your funds otherwise, just login to your IGX account to claim your commission. For step by step instructions on how to do this, see below.

Important Information About IGX Accounts

The IGX system is now being used by many direct sales organizations globally and now pays out millions of dollars in commissions to MLM sales affiliates in over 100 countries. The IGX system is professionally maintained on a mainframe in a highly secured "Data Center" that also maintains the financial data for over 190 banks in Canada.  It is extremely well protected. Your funds are actually on deposit with and secured by HSBC (Hong Kong Shanghai Bank Corp), the largest bank in the world. 

Active and qualified members will be paid their commissions into their IGX wallet accounts. If you do not have a wallet, it is not necessary to set one up until you are notified of a commission payment as mentioned above.

Using the IGX System

Please use the same e-mail address to which your e-mail notification was sent when setting up your IGX account as you will not otherwise be able to claim your commission payment. Should you want to use a different e-mail address for your wallet, please enter that e-mail address in your e-mail address field in your "Liberty Health" back office profile.

If you have a SPAM FILTER, PLEASE ENABLE THE EMAIL ADDRESS
libertyhealthpayments@globalxchange.net, so that you can receive the notification and follow the instructions for opening your account. Also enable sales@globalxchange.biz and support@globalxchange.biz as IGX will correspond with you from time to time from those e-mail addresses also.

In many countries, members have the option through the IGX system to move money directly to their existing personal or business bank accounts using the Remove Funds feature in their online IGX accounts. Once removed, funds will normally appear in your bank account in 2-4 business days (weekends don’t count!).

ATM cards can be added for use with your account as an option and may be purchased at a price of $30.00 U.S. each. To request a card using your IGX account, use the "Pay by Global Xchange button to send us $30.00 for your card. Be sure to put the mailing address for the card in the Card Shipping Address field of that transaction.  To purchase a card CLICK HERE.

Our ATM cards work at all Maestro and Cirrus labeled ATM machines world-wide, at retail Point Of Sale locations wherever PIN based debit cards are accepted and on the Internet to make purchases.

Signing Up and Getting Your Cash

Following are details on how to open your Global Xchange account and claim your commissions when you receive a commission notification e-mail from libertyhealthpayments@globalxchange.net.

Step 1

The process starts when you receive a commission payment notification from libertyhealthpayments@globalxchange.net. In this message you will see the following line:

To accept this cash, go to https://www.globalxchange.net/signup.jsp?RID=1234  (a 4 digit number)
to open a secure and private account using the email address xxxx@yyyyyy.com. (your e-mail address)

Copy the above web page into your browser go to a webpage line or click on this link to go to a special webpage where you are directed to fill in some personal information so you can setup your account and accept your money. Be sure to use the e-mail address in the above message (your e-mail address where you received this notification) as your e-mail address when you signup or you won’t be able to open your account and get your money.

When it asks you on that screen to enter your password, please note that your password must be at least 6 digits long and we recommend that at least one character in your password be a “shift” character from the top line of your keyboard for added account security. (E.g., !,@,#,$,%,^,&, etc. are all valid “shift” characters).

Step 2

Once you have filled in and processed all your required information, the system will send you an e-mail confirmation/verification message to the e-mail address that you entered for this account. Go to your e-mail account and open the message you received. In it, you will find another website link to click on or to copy into your browser. Do this and you will go to that location where you will be asked to answer a question. Answer the question and your account will be opened and you will be brought automatically into it.

Step 3

Once in your account you will see the commission you were paid. Click on the “Accept” button beside this payment and your commission will be placed into your account for your use.

Step 4

If you wish to move the funds you received to your personal or business bank account, go to your account “Summary” screen and press the “Remove Funds” button. The next screen allows you to set up and withdraw funds to any physical bank account you might have in either Canada or the USA. (Note: If you do not have a bank account in either of these countries, you will need to obtain and use one of our Global Xchange ATM cards to access your funds). Click on the button for where your account is located and go to the next screen to enter your account information. Enter a 5 digit “transit” code if your account is in Canada or a 9 digit “routing” code if your account is in the USA – plus your bank account number following. Determine how much you wish to withdraw and withdraw the funds to your bank account. The funds will arrive in your bank account in about 2-4 business days. (Note: At the completion of this transaction, you will have the opportunity to save this bank account in your profile for future withdrawals. You can setup as many bank accounts in your profile as you desire to).

Summary Comments

For subsequent commission payments, just open your account which is located at https://www.globalxchange.net and use your e-mail address for the login along with your password. The first page you see when you open your account is the Summary page and it will show you if you have any additional commissions waiting there ready to be accepted into your account. Just press the “Accept” button and these future commissions will be placed automatically into your account.
